Before you buy
We explain what each policy covers and excludes, compare options and tell you plainly when a product is not right for you.
The Italian documents
Policy documents are issued in Italian and that version is legally binding. We go through the pre-contract documents and the Insurance Conditions with you in English.
When you make a claim
You tell us what happened in English; we tell you which documents are needed and follow the claim with the insurer until it is settled.
A registered intermediary
We are registered in the Italian Single Register of Insurance Intermediaries (RUI), section E, no. E000517439, supervised by IVASS. Anyone can check the registration on the public IVASS register.
